1. Voluntary returns Policy
Swiss law does not generally provide consumers with a statutory right to cancel an online purchase. However, Palmieri Pfund KlG may at its sole discretion offer a voluntary 14-day return period.
The return period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- be unused and in its original condition;
- be complete and undamaged;
- include its original packaging, labels and accessories where applicable; and
- not be excluded from returns under Section 4 below.
We reserve the right to reduce a refund where the product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and has consequently suffered a loss in value.
2. How to request a return

Please include your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
We will provide you with the applicable return instructions.
Products should not be sent to us without first contacting us.
3. Return shipping costs
Unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by a statutory warranty claim, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning a product under our voluntary return policy.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.
4. Products that cannot be returned
Our voluntary change-of-mind return policy does not apply to products which, by their nature or applicable law, cannot reasonably be returned, including where applicable:
- personalised or custom-made products;
- products made to the customer's specifications;
5. Defective, damaged or incorrect products
Our voluntary 14-day return policy does not limit or replace your statutory rights.
If a product is defective, does not correspond to what was agreed, or lacks a promised characteristic, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at rp@palmieripfund.com
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or other information that helps us assess the issue.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned product, we will confirm whether the return has been accepted.
For an approved return, we will refund the amount paid for the returned product using the original payment method, unless another method has been agreed with you.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, original delivery charges are not refundable where you have chosen to return the product under our voluntary change-of-mind policy.
We aim to process approved refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
If the returned product does not meet the conditions of this policy, we may contact you before processing the refund.
8. Products damaged during delivery
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and, where possible, retain the packaging and take photographs of the damage.
If you receive a product that was damaged in transit, supplied incorrectly or otherwise does not conform to the contract, we will assess the matter and provide the remedy required under applicable law.
9. EU/EEA customers
If you purchase from us as a consumer in a country where mandatory consumer withdrawal or return rights apply, those rights apply in addition to this policy.
In particular, consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, subject to applicable exceptions. Where such mandatory rights apply, nothing in this policy is intended to restrict them.
10. No exclusion of mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, limits or replaces any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Where mandatory statutory rights provide a customer with greater protection than this policy, the mandatory statutory rights will prevail.
